What to Expect

Learn how to ski or improve significantly during our adult ski lessons in Fichtelberg-Oberwiesenthal. These lessons are perfect for those new to the winter sport or more experienced skiers wishing to make their way onto the slopes and learn together with like-minded people. We welcome all levels to explore the ski resort with us.

The goal for beginners is to master braking, stopping and conquering those very first down-hill runs. After you get accustomed to your equipment, you learn how to move on skis and use your poles on shallow terrains. We continue practising as you are introduced to snowploughing and making turns. Experienced participants switch from skiing in the plough to skiing parallel. Learn how to ski with more confidence and flexibility, as you solidify your techniques.

Our qualified instructors are there for you, every step of the way. In small groups between 6 and 4 participants, you explore the area and experience the perfect combination of individual guidance and a sociable group setting.

Meeting Time

We meet at the ski school office, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.

All other skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• Please note that for the 1,5 days option, the schedule will look as following: On the first day, you will get a 2-hours session in the morning (from 10 am to 12 pm), as well as an afternoon session (from 2 pm to 4 pm). On the second day, you will have a lesson in the morning only (from 10 am to 12 m).
