Discover the Navedo River during this family friendly canyoning tour! It is situated in the impressive Picos de Europa, one of the largest mountain ranges bordering Cantabria, Asturias, and Castilla y León. This thrilling circuit is perfect for anyone over 6 and passionate about nature!
Tour programme - Preparation: We meet at our base in Vega de Pas at the agreed time. There, you will meet your certified instructor and receive all the equipment that you need for the adventure! You will walk towards the Navedo river in groups of maximum 15 people, and receive some detailed safety instructions before entering the canyon. Now the fun can begin! - Tour: At the beginning, you will encounter a slide that will get you wet already! After that, you will have to pass some abseils of about 9 meters, while admiring the views and the abundant vegetation. You will also find many slides during the tour, which makes it especially fun and enjoyable for the younger ones! - Return: The activity will end around 2 hours later. After that, we will return to our car and then back to the base.
Tour facts - Canyon: Navedo (Difficulty level: moderate) - Description: canyon with multiple rappels from 5 to 20 meters, slides, and jumps - Route: from Pesues to Navedo river - Total duration: 2 hours - Time in the canyon: approximately 1 hour - Abseiling height: up to 9 m - Jump height: up to 9 m - Slide length: 7 m
Included services - Complete high-quality canyoning equipment (incl. helmet, wetsuit, neoprene socks) - High-class harness and rope material - Certified canyoning guide - Transfer to the point of entry and back to the base - Photos - Snacks
Bring along - Swimwear - A second pair of closed shoes (ideally trekking shoes, no water shoes or flip-flops) to use during the activity (they will get wet) - Towel - Glasses strap
