Treat yourself to a special day exploring the Aeolian Islands! With our private RIB boat trip to Panarea and Stromboli from Milazzo, you can fall in love with this volcanic archipelago in just one day and discover black beaches, crystal clear waters, and dormant volcanoes.
We will leave from the marina of Santa Maria Maggiore, to sail along the promontory of Capo Milazzo and then cruise to the island of Stromboli where, with a little luck, we might spot some dolphins and sea turtles. Our first swim stop will be at the black pebble beach of Forgia Vecchia, reachable only on foot or by boat. Then we will reach the port of Stromboli, where we will stop for 2 hours. Here you will have the opportunity to have lunch in one of the typical restaurants of the island, visit the church of San Bartolomeo from the year 1801 and the observatory located near the crater of the volcano.
Then we will move on to the next stop on our trip, Sciara del Fuoco, where the volcano's eruptive debris pour out. As we navigate to Panarea, you will see Strombolicchio and the traditional village of Ginostra. Before docking in Panarea we will make a snorkeling stop near one of the islets of Panarea, and you can use our snorkeling equipment to explore the wonders hidden under the surface. The last stop of our trip will be at the port of Panarea for 1.5 hours, where you can explore the town and its local shops.
If you choose the trip with the 12 am departure, our journey will be in reverse and will start from the island of Panarea. We will then move to Stromboli to admire the volcanic activity at the Sciara del Fuoco with the lights of the sunset, enjoying a good aperitif on board.

Our little motor boat had a shade cover which was great on a hot September day. Alex our skipper kept in touch with where to meet etc. He gave us an overview of the day but said we could change things or have our own agenda! The 4 of us had the boat to ourselves and after a great first hour speeding across the waves we arrived at Panera for our first swim. Lovely clear water with snorkels supplied. Them Alex popped open our first bottle
Of Prosecco…. An unexpected treat to clear the salty water from our throats. Then a walk and lunch at Panera before off to a tiny island where we anchored. Here Alex explained that we could swim through vol panic gas bubbles released from the seabed. An unforgettable experience! On to Stromboli for a walk and drink before the main event. As the sun set we started to see clouds of smoke, red ash and small amounts of lava. We sat for about an hour and watched small spurts whilst drinking Prosecco and eating focaccia, cheese and ham nibbles. Again a lovely treat. Then the 2 hour + ride back. An absolutely amazing, full and tiring day!

The experience is fantastic; you have the boat to yourself, and it adapts to whatever arises, within a pre-established route. Alexandro was always very attentive.
