Details
Olbia is a city with a long history behind it, as shown by the archaeological remains left by the Nuragic civilisation and then by the Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans, who helped develop this city on the north-east coast of Sardinia. With our private sightseeing tour of Olbia, you can discover the most important places in the city in a new and creative way thanks to our Tuk Tuks with a multilingual audioguide.
You will meet our Tuk Tuk driver at Molo Brin and then start our tour with two places of worship. The first is the Basilica of St. Simplicio, a granite church completed in the 12th century, while the second is the Church of St. Paul, known for its dome decorated with colourful tiles. You will have the opportunity to stop both in the churches and in Olbia's main street, Corso Umberto, where you can buy something to enjoy as we continue our tour.
The last stop is Sardinia's largest natural park, Parco Fausto Noce, which covers 18 hectares. It is home to many species of Mediterranean vegetation, as well as sports facilities, an amphitheatre and artificial lakes that are home to ducks and ducklings.
