Have fun with us during this kayak tour to Proratora Island. You will enjoy the clear Sardinian waters on your kayak and while you snorkel among lots of fish. The morning is the best time of the day for this activity. During this family-friendly tour, we will admire the wonderful landscape of Capo Coda Cavallo, enter a cave and have the possibility to jump from rocks into the clear water of the sea. You will be proud of yourself for reaching the Proratora Island with a kayak! Look out for some wildlife: if we are really lucky we might see some cormorant, herons or even flamingos.
Tour programme- Preparation:
We meet 15 minutes before the scheduled time on Cala Suaraccia Beach: there is a paid public parking where you can pay per hour. Our base is directly on the beach, and here you can leave your belongings in safe lockers. After a quick briefing, we can finally take our kayaks and head toward the sea. We will paddle together in groups of up to 14 people, with one or two guides, depending on the group size.
- Tour:
We will follow the beautiful coastline of Capo Coda Cavallo, and if we are lucky enough, there might be various seabirds along the way. We will first head to the back part of Proratora and enter a small cave, then reach a quiet beach on the island. Here, you will have time to snorkel and recharge with some fresh fruit.
- Return:
The whole experience lasts 2.5 hrs, after which we will be back at our starting point in Cala Suaraccia.
