Discover the underwater world of Mykonos during a snorkeling fun day at Lia Beach! During the adventure, you will have the opportunity to snorkel from the beach and from the boat. Together with your family and friends, we will take you to our favourite snorkeling spot where you will encounter colourful schools of fish and maybe see an octopus or two. It is also a good alternative for children who want to gain experience in diving but are too young for the Bubblemaker or Open Water Diver course.
Snorkeling Site
We will head for two snorkeling spots: One snorkeling stop is a short boat ride away, the other is just off Lia Beach. Due to certain weather conditions, the order of the snorkeling stops may change. In the crystal clear water, you can discover different species of fish and other marine life.
Programme
We meet at 10:00 am at the dive centre at Lia Beach. If you arrive by car, there are plenty of parking spaces directly at the meeting point. On site, you will be provided with your snorkeling equipment, and we will discuss the exact programme of the snorkeling day. Depending on the weather conditions, we will first take the boat to our favourite snorkeling spot, where the adventure can begin! Equipped with your snorkel mask, you can swim through the refreshing water and discover the marine life for 50 minutes. After our first snorkeling stop, we will return to Lia Beach for a short break. In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to explore the reefs, marine plants and animals around Lia Beach for as long as you want. If you are looking for a well deserved refreshment for lunch, you can find a restaurant directly at the meeting point.

It was excellent and very well managed including the flexibility. My 6 years old son decided not to do snorkelling however this was managed very well with the guide. We both successfully did the snorkel and our son was just swimming with us! The guide/instructor was vey helpful to manage our little one time to time during this activity. I would highly recommend this!

Can I take part if I can't swim, and are life jackets/floating devices provided (including for kids)?
