A very well run and professional tour. Tony, our guide explained everything about the kayak and the ambitions of the tour. The group stays together so how far and how much you can achieve is dependant on the ability of each crew. You pretty much hug the coast line and paddle out to sea and depending on wind speed and wave conditions will impact how far you can get as the cave is the furthest point. We were just a group of 6 in 3 boats and the wind and sea was extremely calm. We easily reached the cave plus we had time for an additional stop that allowed us to swim into another cave that was amazing. (The first allows you to stay in your kayak) Tony is a great guide, providing you with some history of the surrounding area and the lighthouse that you visit on a small island.
Swim and rest opportunities throughout so this is achievable for an absolute beginner to kayaking
