Details
Discover the bottom of the sea with our trial scuba diving from the beach in Porto-Vecchio. In groups of 2 people maximum, this type of trial dive allows you to go at your own pace. Indeed, your state-certified instructor will make you feel confident at each stage of the dive. For 25 minutes, you will dive one-on-one with your instructor, at a maximum depth of 6 metres. Afterwards, we will do 30 minutes of snorkeling. This activity is ideal for younger children, or for people who are afraid of water but want to discover the underwater world. So, without further ado, set off to discover the underwater fauna and flora of the Corsican coastline!
Dive area
You will dive in crystal clear water, which will allow you to observe the small coloured fish that will come to meet you during the activity. The first dive from the beach also allows you to dive in very calm and confined water. Our diving center is located in the middle of the Cerbicale Islands, which are considered as the most beautiful diving spots of the Mediterranean Sea.
Programme
We will meet just after the main entrance of the campsite, on the right-hand side, at the designated bus stop 15 minutes before the activity begins. The minibus will pick you up at that location. There is free parking in front of the campsite. One of our instructors will welcome you, give you your diving equipment and once you are ready, we will go to the beach to start the trial dive. Our instructor will accompany you step by step, to make sure you have a unique experience. When the other passengers are doing their trial dive, you will be able to snorkel around the boat. Once the dive is over, we will do another 30 minutes of snorkeling. After 2 hours of activity, we will return to the dive centre.
