Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and not worth the money. We booked and paid for a 30-minute jet ski session, but in reality only had around 20 minutes of actual riding time. A large portion of the session was spent with the jet ski restricted to an extremely slow speed because we were allegedly too close to the beach, despite being a considerable distance away.
The restrictions made it almost impossible to enjoy the experience. Every time we started to build up speed and have some fun, the jet ski would slow to a crawl. To make matters worse, the instructor’s response was to shout at us rather than provide clear and professional guidance.
If you’re planning to go with friends or family, be aware that riders are expected to stay roughly 150 metres apart. This completely defeats the purpose of booking together and takes away much of the enjoyment.
For the price charged, we expected a lot more freedom and a much better customer experience. Better communication before the session, more accurate safety zones, and more respectful staff would make a huge difference.
I would not book with this company again and would recommend looking elsewhere if you want to actually enjoy your time on the water.
