With our private boat trip from Gallipoli to Punta Pizzo, we head to the southern side of the Salento coast, showing you the best beaches in the area. This is also a great chance to admire the spectacular Mediterranean maquis and swim in the crystal-clear water of the bay.
Since it's a private trip, you have plenty of flexibility and can decide how many stops you want to make and for how long to stop. Our trip starts from the dock of Seno Del Canneto, a historical location of the city directly overlooking the Castle of Gallipoli. From here we proceed along the coast, passing by Punta della Suina, until we reach Punta Pizzo, a promontory watched over by the 16th-century "Torre Di Cutrieri", the only building in the area.
You can then decide if you want to take a swim and snorkel in front of the beach, or further explore the surroundings of the area. To make this trip even better, a small apéritif with proseccowill be served on the boat, as you enjoy it lulled by the waves of the Ionian Sea.
