Details
Join us for a boat trip to the Zinzulusa Cave! This impressive cave owes its name to the numerous stalactites hanging from its ceiling. They are somewhat similar to hanging rags, that are called "zinzuli" in the local dialect.
We will leave from Castro's Porto Vecchio and head north, sailing along the coast. We will first stop at the Palombara Caves, characterized by a triangular entrance leading to a natural dome. After admiring this incredible rock formation, we will head to the Grotta Azzurra, so-called because of the intense blue of its waters.
Our next stop will be the beautiful Zinzulusa Cave, where we will marvel at the countless stalactites. Our local skipper will provide you with lots of facts and trivia about this incredible cave. We will then begin our return journey, but before that, we will enjoy a quick dive directly from the boat into the clear Salento waters!
