Details
If you want to discover the best of the Tuscan Archipelago, then you cannot miss our boat trip to Giglio Island. Once called Aegilon, the Island of the Goats, it has been inhabited since prehistoric times. It is the second-largest island in the Tuscan Archipelago, and has one of the clearest seas on the Tyrrhenian coast.
We will depart from Porto Santo Stefano, and after about 50 minutes of navigation, we will reach Giglio and stop in the beautiful Arenella cove. From here, we will have a stunning view of the island, dominated by the medieval village of Giglio Castello. We will then pass in front of Giglio Porto, where you can disembark upon request. Regarding lunch, our captain will prepare a typical fish dish for you, accompanied by complementary drinks. We will then head to Spiaggia delle Cannelle, where you can snorkel.
Our last stop will be Caldane, a beautiful sandy beach in the south of the island. After having explored the best that Giglio's coast has to offer, we will return to our starting point.
