We will be guided by a biologist that will tell you all about the park and the importance of the conservation of the area. Bring your family or friends, as this tour is beginner-friendly and suited for everyone!
Tour programme- Preparation:We meet at our offices at the Marina of Faro
15 minutes before departure time. If you come by car, there are paid parking spaces nearby. Once we are settled, we will provide you with a
quick lesson on how to use your kayak, so that you are prepared for our tour whether you are alone or with someone else. You will need to leave an ID with us for each kayak that is rented.
- Tour:As we depart from the
Marina of Faro, our guide will take us along the lagoon, through the marshes and islets around us. We will reach the perfect spots to
see some birds such as white storks, little egrets, and spoonbills. We will
stop at one of the islets to discover its unique habitats for around 10-20 minutes.
- Return:After two hours of kayaking, we will head back to the marina. But don't forget to look up as the stunning
panoramic view of the Old Town of Faro will welcome you back!
