Boat Trip from Faro along the Marshes of Ria Formosa

This boat trip in the lagoon of Ria Formosa and its marshes is the perfect relaxing family outing. While in the Algarve, you cannot miss this nature park, denoted one of the 7 natural wonders of Portugal. We will be transported by a solar-powered boat that provides a quiet and calming experience while being gentle to the local flora we love so much!

We will be guided by a local biologist who will fill you in on everything there is to know about all the species and islets surrounding us. As we depart from the Marina of Faro, you will be greeted by the beautiful sounds of all the bird species, such as little egrets and spoonbills. Don't forget your camera as you will want to capture the marshlands, freshwater lagoons, and dunes on our way back to the marina!

Departure & Return
We meet at our offices at the Marina of Faro 15 minutes before the departure time. If you come by car, there are paid parking spaces nearby. After 1 hour, we will return to the marina.
