Experience a day of adventure in the heart of the Nierva Valley! Known for its clear turquoise pools and lush vegetation, the Barbaira canyon in Italy's Ligurie region is full of secrets. Adults and children from 12 years old will be amazed by its wild landscapes and clear waterfalls. Thanks to its many obstacles such as jumps and slides, you won't get bored, we guarantee it!
Tour programme- Preparation:
Your guide will meet you at the car park, located at the entrance to Rochetta-Nervina on the left, 10 minutes in advance. Once the group of 8 participants is gathered, 45 minutes of walk will be necessary to reach the start of the canyon. Finally, before heading down to the Barbaira River, your guide will provide you with all the necessary equipment and give you a safety briefing. The adventure can then begin!
- Tour:
You will start by jumping off a bridge, followed by jumps, slides and walking on the rocky outcrops. Then a swim in the river will take you to slides, more jumps of different heights and abseils in the middle of the cliffs. All obstacles are avoidable, which means that you can not bypass them but choose how you want to approach them.
- Return:
The 3 hours of activity will end with a 10-minute walk to the village of Rochetta-Nervina where you will find your car. While in the village, you can enjoy a meal in a typical Italian restaurant!
