For a unique experience during your holiday in Syracuse, our boat trip to Ortigia and the sea caves with apéritif at sunset is definitely for you. A dip in the clear waters surrounded by history, and a toast to the sun embracing the sea. All this to be experienced with the people you love most.
We will start from Umbertino Bridge, considered one of the most beautiful bridges in Italy. The next stop of our trip will be the Small Port of Syracuse, before heading towards three natural sea caves, including a very characteristic heart-shaped one. We will then continue to the Levante promenade of the island of Ortigia, from where you can admire the Castello Maniace, an imposing fortress that soars solemnly in the heart of ancient Syracuse. Our excursion will continue, and there will be more attractions, such as the Arethusa Spring: a freshwater spring framed by Syracusan architecture that meets the Ionian Sea. You will be amazed at how the colours of the setting sun make the city's attractions magical.
Before returning to Ponte Umbertino, you will have the opportunity to dive into the crystal-clear waters of Porto Grande, in a swimming stop of about 30 minutes. A delicious apéritif of local products and Prosecco DOC will accompany you until the end of the trip.

We meet at our stand at the beginning of Ponte Umbertino 15 minutes before departure. There are paid parking spaces in the vicinity of the bridge. At the end of the excursion, we return to the starting point.

Excellent experience and perfect for those who want to relax a bit on the boat and enjoy the view of the splendid Sea Caves (including the heart-shaped one) of Syracuse. Enzo, our captain, was very available to tell us some anecdotes of the city of Syracuse, clarifying all our doubts about the history of the buildings and monuments. Our excursion included an aperitif on the boat at sunset which was served accompanied by an excellent prosecco. Enzo also allowed us to swim near the Fonte Aretusa which offers a unique and unmissable sensation of contrast between the warm water of the sea and the cold water of the Fonte. A very pleasant and unmissable excursion!
