You can paddle at your own pace on the Mayenne river. In 1 hour, you will paddle an average of 6 km and stay between the two dams. If you choose a duration of 2 hours or more, you will have the opportunity to pass through one or more locks, which you will have to cross sitting. With a mooring line and padlock provided on site (on request), you can dock and enjoy the surrounding nature, have a picnic and cool off in the water! Please note that it is forbidden to jump into the water directly from the paddle. You need to know how to swim to take part in this activity. The minimum age is 12 years.
Is equipment included, and what do I need to bring?
The rental includes the SUP, paddle, a life jacket and a waterproof container. On request, you can also get a mooring line and a padlock. You should bring swimwear, a second pair of closed trainers that can get wet, a towel, a sun hat and cash for the insurance (€1 per person).

You can pick up your equipment at the booked time directly at the base in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne.
