Details
Get to know the rich history of Dalmatia with our boat trip around the old town of Dubrovnik! We start our tour in the port of Gruž, where you will board our replica of a traditional 16th-century Karaka boat for a 45-minute cruise to the old town of Dubrovnik. During our time at sea, our guides will tell you everything you want to know about the history of the Republic of Ragusa. You can also enjoy a tasting of traditional Dalmatian sweets, including candied almonds, sugar-coated orange peels, mantala and smokvenjak.
When we arrive in the old town of Dubrovnik, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we will kick off the walking tour. In 1.5 hours, we will show you the most beautiful Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque monasteries, palaces, churches and fountains. Once again, the tour guides will give you an abundance of information about your surroundings. The tour ends in the old town, so you can continue exploring on your own, or rest your feet at one of the many traditional restaurants.
