Would you love to know what lies under the sea? Then, join our trial scuba diving, and discover the abundant flora and fauna of the Cretan Sea! You do not need any previous experience, and all of our lessons are private in groups of 4 people maximum to ensure maximum safety. During the course, our experienced instructor will teach you the basics of scuba diving and take you to experience the feeling of breathing underwater during your first real dive. You will be amazed by the beauty of the sea life and diving might become your new passion!
Diving area
The dive area is chosen according to the weather conditions each day, but we usually go to Mononaftis or Mades beach. These beaches are perfect for beginners because of their shallow waters, pool-like conditions and rich marine life and archaeological interests, so there is always a lot to see during the dive.
Programme
We will pick you up from your accommodation and drive together to the dive spot, or we meet directly at the beach 30 minutes before the start of the course. Once there, will be provided with high-quality equipment. The instructors will introduce you to the dive gear and the basics of scuba diving. After the introductory session, you will head straight to the water to experience your first scuba dive to a maximum depth of 5 meters. If you decide to do a second dive the maximum depth will be 12 meters, with the instructor always by your side to guide you through this amazing experience! After approx. 4 hours you will be back at your accommodation. If you do a second dive after the first and a short break on land in between, you will be back after approx. 6 hours.
