The cathedral of St-Jean-Baptiste, with its cross-shaped architecture, contains a surprising sculpture of the Black Christ, which is a true emblem of the citadel of Calvi. The ruins of the house where Christopher Columbus might have been born are also among the sights that are sure to surprise visitors to the citadel.
