At our diving centre (Poseidonos Ave 1, Kato 8042)
To take part in this course, you must have swimming ability.
You may get to see glittering fish such as dreamfish or rock mullet.
The minimum age is 10 years. You also need to be in good physical health and have swimming ability.
The price includes a certified PADI diving instructor, high-quality diving gear, a scuba tank, eLearning material, and the PADI registration fee and certificate. Prescription masks are also available if needed.
The course lasts for 3 days. Please note that you must complete the online theory part in advance via an access link that will be sent to you after booking.
You will learn everything you need to become a certified, autonomous diver. The course includes theory lessons, 5 practice dives in a pool or confined water, and 4 open water dives. Upon completion, you will be qualified to dive to 18 metres (60 feet) with a buddy.
Prescription masks are available for glasses from -1 to -4. If your prescription is stronger, you need to be comfortable wearing contact lenses.
The groups are small, with a maximum of 6 people per instructor, to ensure your safety and a personalized experience.

Cydive Paphos uses the PADI System of diving education and offers courses as well as rental equipment that meet the international PADI standards.






The activity PADI Open Water Diver Course in Paphos for Beginners by Cydive Paphos is available on Monday and Thursday, from August 1, 2026 through October 29, 2026. On each available day there is 1 start time at 8:30. Sessions last 3 days and are offered as group activities. Prices start from €525.00 per person.
