Our private kids ski lessons in Costa di Folgaria are perfect for all the kids from 3 ½ years old who would like to learn to ski and improve quickly, but also for kids with experience who want to feel the adrenaline while going down the slopes of Folgaria.
During this course, the instructor will adapt the lesson to each kid's level to allow them to progress faster in a relaxed learning environment. First-timers will start learning the basic techniques in the kids area. They will learn to use the magic carpet, to snow plough, to do their first turns and to stop. More advanced skiers will improve their technique and learn how to carve, how to do short turns and how to control their speed on more demanding slopes. You can also take part to the class with your family and friends, but all the participants must have the same level and belong to the same age group. The maximum number of participants per instructor is 5.
Meeting time
On the first day, we meet 30 minutes before the start of the lesson at the chairlift close to the ski rental "Dosso", in front of the yellow flag with the school logo. If you come by car, there are a lot of free and paid car parks a few steps away. When you drop off your kid, our ski instructors will let you know where to pick them up after the lesson.
Ski pass
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance at the ski lift ticket office.
Good to know
- Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson. Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson. The use of helmets is mandatory
- We work with clients with a physical disability and/or learning difficulties. If you need an adaptive instructor please let us know after the booking so we can check the availability

What should I wear for my lessons?
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
When should I collect my equipment?
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
