Details
Discover the hidden treasures of the Ligurian coast with our boat trip departing from La Spezia. It will be a unique experience that will allow you to admire the colourful landscapes this area has to offer and wait together for the sunset.
Our visit will leave La Spezia towards Porto Venere where our tour will begin, and you will be immediately welcomed on board by our friendly staff. As a start, we will explore the coastline, and you will immediately enjoy a good apéritif offered by our staff on board. We will admire then St Peter's Church, while observing the colours that the sunset will give us. Our boat will then head towards Palmaria Island, in front of the Blue Grotto which is famous for its blue waters and the play of light they create. It will then be the turn of the Tino Island, where an ancient lighthouse is still in operation today. The statue of the Madonna Stella Maris, protector of sailors and the inhabitants of the gulf, which stands on the small island of Tinetto, will also be visible to be admired.
Finally, as the sun sets, we can admire Byron's Grotto, made famous by the English poet Lord Byron who loved to draw inspiration from this magical place. Passing by Torre Scola, a fortress built in the 1600s and partly destroyed during the First Napoleonic War, it will be time to return to our starting point.
