We recommend beginning your journey with a visit to Life Electric, a sculpture paying homage to Como scientist Alessandro Volta, renowned for inventing the world's first electric generator. Following that, sail along the coastline and take in the numerous historic villas gracing the lake. Among the most notable are Villa Erba and Villa d'Este. However, what piques our guests' interest the most are Villa Fontanelle, once owned by Gianni Versace, and Villa Oleandra, belonging to George Clooney. How to get there
We meet at the small dock in Como, at the exact time of departure. The dock is easily accessible on foot from both the bus station and the Como Lago and Como S. Giovanni train stations. If you come by car, you will find paid car parks nearby. At the end of our tour, we will return to the starting dock.
