Our day trip is an ideal opportunity to visit the beauty of Cinque Terre and Porto Venerestarting from Florence. Over the course of the day, you will be accompanied by our experienced and friendly staff, and you will travel in a luxury bus. In addition to the guided tour, you will have long stops to independently visit the picturesque seaside villages Manarola, Monterosso and Vernazza, as well as the beautiful Porto Venere.
Departure is scheduled from the Villa Costanza bus station in Florence. We will first head to La Spezia, from where we will reach Manarola by train or ferry depending on sea conditions. We will stop for about 40 minutes, and you can visit the peculiarities of this town. We recommend a visit to the historic San Rocco Hospital, the Oratorio dei Disciplinati and the Gothic church of San Lorenzo. The pastel colours and urban conformation of Manarola, we are sure, will be a respectable subject for your artistic photos.
We also recommend that you keep your camera handy, because you will need it at our next stop: Porto Venere. This village is a real jewel set in the Ligurian coast and surrounded by lush vegetation. Here, the bright, garish colors of the houses you can admire are reflected on the blue water and soften the ripples of the sea of the Gulf of Poets that the town overlooks with inimitable visual games. On this stretch of coast we will also visit Byron's Grotto, named after the famous English author who drew inspiration here in the composition of some of his works.
We will accompany you, then, to discover another unmissable village of the Cinque Terre: Monterosso. In addition to visiting the narrow streets that wind their way to the sea, we recommend donning a mask and snorkel and diving into the surrounding waters on our 3-hour stop. The beaches here are sandy and easily accessible, and the waters are clear and restorative, ideal for a nice snorkeling session! For those who choose the option with lunch, it will be possible to eat with our staff at a typical restaurant in town. Our day will see Vernazza and its medieval alleys as our last stop. We will make another 40 minutes stop where you can savor the typical atmosphere of this village, full of fishermen and sailors, before our return to Florence.Highlights

Well organized day, 11 people more or less, very kind guide named Luca also 5 stars to him, he never lost sight of us and showing us all the wonders and explaining everything to us in the smallest detail. Me, my wife and our daughter loved it. We left by train from Florence, got off in Pisa, changed the train towards Spezia, three tapes among the wonderful 5 lands, followed by a boat ride, arrived in Porto Venere and had a wonderful swim.
