Details
Our boat trip to the Blue Grotto and the island of Capri will allow you to visit these two incredible destinations and to swim and snorkel in the best spots of the area. Our local staff will be happy to accompany you to show you the beauties that the southern end of the Bay of Naples has to offer.
After leaving the port of Sorrento, we will head to the Baths of Queen Giovanna. Here we will make our first stop, and you will be able to swim and snorkel in this beautiful pool enclosed by cliffs. We will then reach Massa Lubrense, Cala di Mitigliano and the Sirens’ Fjord, where, according to Pliny the Elder, Ulysses met the Sirens during his journey Ithaca.
After passing by the natural oasis of Punta Campanella, we will finally reach the Blue Grotto, the first highlight of our boat trip. Once here, you will relax on the boat or explore the grotto aboard a small rowboat that will take you to the inside part of the cave to admire its intense blue color. After our stop, we will then circumnavigate the island of Capri and you will be able to see the White Grotto, the Green Grotto, the Faraglioni rocks and the lighthouse of Punta Carena.
We will then reach the second highlight of our trip, the island of Capri, where you will have 3-4 hours to relax at the beach, have a cappuccino at the "Piazzetta" (the main square), or walk towards Via Tragara, the island's most famous promenade. During the boat trip, our staff will also serve you some Prosecco and a tasty Caprese sandwich. After a day full of new discoveries we will head back to the port of Sorrento, where our trip will end.
