After leaving San Vito Lo Capo, we usually navigate to the Tonnara del Secco, an ancient architectural structure used in the past for tuna fishing, and then proceed to discover the Riserva dello Zingaro, a wonderful natural oasis characterised by several coves with white sand and cliffs plunging into the crystal-clear sea. Among the most enchanting coves are Cala Marinella, perfect for snorkeling because of its emerald-green water and Cala Capreria, considered the Sicilian version of Caribbean beaches! Finally, we visit the Tonnara di Scopello with its Faraglioni. These imposing limestone monoliths and the sea breeze create a scenario of great suggestion and beauty, capable of capturing the senses! On the west coast, on the other hand, the Caletta del Bue Marino and the beach of Macari, which offers a spectacular view of Mount Cofano, are worth a visit. If you are looking for a more secluded spot, this side of the coast is perfect because of its several beautiful coves, far from the chaos of the towns and where you can retreat to enjoy a day of boating in peace.
