The itinerary may change according to weather and sea conditions.

Ionian coastline: Among the various caves we will be able to visit will be Grotta del Presepe (Cave of the Nativity), whose name derives from the evocative landscape that recalls biblical themes, and Grotta Tre Porte, whose monumental entrance is characterised by three entrances. The navigation will then continue to other caves and coves, such as Grotta del Drago and Grotta degli Innamorati, where it will be possible to make several stops for swimming.

Adriatic coastline: Passing Punta Meliso, the first cave we will encounter along the side is Grotta di Terradico, also called cave of the Indians, due to its shape resembling a tent. We will continue on to Grotta Verdusella and Grotta del Soffio, which is characterised by the water splashing out of its cavities. The last cave we will visit, before returning to our starting point, is Grotta del Laghetto. In order to explore it, it is necessary to climb over some rocks, while in front of you a breathtaking view will open up with a freshwater pond mingling with seawater.
