Visit to Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre
Lunch on board with typical Ligurian specialities
Our crew welcomes you on board to discover the Ligurian Riviera with a sailing boat trip from La Spezia to the Cinque Terre! You can dive into the crystal-clear waters of the marine park, admire the fascinating cliffs of Palmaria Island, and enjoy the picturesque views that Porto Venere and the villages of the Cinque Terre have to offer.
If the wind is favourable, we will hoist the sails once we depart from La Spezia. Otherwise, we will use the motor to navigate towards the canal of Porto Venere, an arm of sea separating Palmaria Island from the mainland. Here we will see Porto Venere and, at the top of a promontory overlooking the sea, the enchanting Church of San Pietro. Leaving the gulf, we will sail along the coast to admire the splendid panorama of caves and hidden inlets. If you desire, our captain will gladly allow you to take the helm during the trip and teach you some of the primary sailing manoeuvres!
Our initial destination will be the village of Riomaggiore, the oldest among the Cinque Terre. With its narrow streets and colourful houses, it winds its way through the hills, creating a charming and picturesque atmosphere. Next, we will reach the village of Manarola, famous for its terraced vineyards that produce the prized Sciacchetrà wine. We will also sail past Corniglia, if weather conditions are optimal, and then stop at Guvano Beach: a small cove hidden among the rocks, perfect for taking a break and enjoying a dip in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. Resuming navigation, we will head for Vernazza, with its characteristic bay dominated by the tower of Doria Castle.
Here we will stop to enjoy a lunch of typical specialities, such as the delicious focaccia alla Genovese. We will then head to Monterosso al Mare, the most populous of the Cinque Terre! Our trip will end with the return journey to La Spezia, but if the weather and timing permit, we will make one last stop to swim in one of the coves of the Ligurian Riviera.

Fantastic day, kindness of the skipper, like feeling at home in the middle of the sea
This is the most relaxing way to explore the Cinque Terre area. It offers excellent views where you can enjoy the sea, charming villages, and delicious snacks. This experience doesn't include stops to visit the villages on foot, so you'll need another day to do it by train.
Peace and relaxation. Awesome scenery and a great swimming spot.
