Here we give you the essential knowledge base for skiing: First attempts to slide, stopp, do first turns to glide safely down the mountain. The use of ski lifts with gondolas, draglifts and chairlifts are included in the programme. This will secure your entry into the world of skiing.
Our beginners' courses start every sunday and monday, and all of our advanced skiers can start every day, from sunday to thursday.
With at least 4 participants. When less than 4, we reduce the course time.
Meeting Time
On the first day we meet at 09:15 am next to the Alpin-Skischool (Augasse 5, 5710 Kaprun).
Brilliant experience! I had skied once before on a school trip with no care or attention being given to struggling individuals (me). I came to Kaprun a bit nervous after that first experience, however, after my 4 hour group lesson (which was more like a one-to-one) I came away much more confident. I was even able to ski on my own and down a few red runs! Completely rebuilt my confidence and taught me what I needed to know to be able to build upon with a bit of practice. Couldn’t recommend more!
