Meeting & Preparation
We will meet directly at the sailing center in the beach of Es Pujols, where you will be given all the necessary equipment and we will start our class.

Start time
The course starts at 17:00, but it always depends on the wind and tide, for this reason, the exact start times will be communicated before the start of the activity.

Course content
After an initial brief theoretical explanation, the board will be handed out and each participant will be helped to get on it and reach the "star", where everyone will be anchored. We start with breathing and meditation exercises and depending on the level of the group, the teacher will decide what kind of postures to do.
