What to Expect

Experience the thrill of snowboarding in the stunning Les Houches ski resort with our group snowboard lessons, designed for kids from 8 years old and adults of all levels. Join a small group of up to 6 participants and enjoy the fun, motivating atmosphere of progressing together on the snow. Les Houches offers a diverse range of slopes, nestled in the heart of the Mont Blanc massif, providing the perfect backdrop for learning and improving your skills.

For beginners, the lesson will begin with a warm-up session on the gentle slopes of the Prarion area, where you will learn the fundamental techniques of snowboarding, such as balancing and turning. These skills are crucial for gaining confidence and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience on the slopes. Towards the end of the lesson, you will have the opportunity to practice what you have learned on the varied terrains of Les Houches, under the guidance of our experienced instructors.

More experienced riders will go to more challenging slopes like the Bellevue area, focusing on carving techniques and speed control, which will help you navigate steeper terrains with ease. By the end of the session, you will be able to enjoy the freedom of gliding down the slopes, surrounded by the breathtaking alpine scenery of Les Houches, whether you are discovering snowboarding for the first time or taking your skills to the next level!

Meeting Time

We meet at the bottom station of the Prarion cable car, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 4 participants

• If the course does not reach the minimum quota, the lesson will be shortened

• Please make sure you have a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• Each kid will be awarded a medal at the end of the course
