Private Cross Country Skiing Lessons for All Levels

What to expect

These private cross country skiing lessons are ideal for participants of all levels, no matter if they want to embark on their cross country skiing journey, or already have experience and want to improve their skills in the beautiful region of Allgäu, Germany. Together with their personal instructor, they will work on their individual goals to improve fast.

Beginners will start with gliding exercises and getting familiar with their equipment. More advanced participants will work on their technique and posture. During your private lesson, you will discover the beautiful area of Allgäu and improve at the same time. The instructor offers skating and classic cross country skiing lessons.

Level split

• Skating - Green learning level: Master easy cross-country ski trails with or without poles, gliding from flat to gently uphill and downhill, confidently stopping and braking.

• Skating - Blue learning level: Combine arm work and footwork in conjunction with the skating stride and learn the 1:2 technique.

• Skating - Red learning level: mastering cross-country trails in a sporty and versatile way. Longer and more demanding routes can be skated in a versatile manner. Stable single-leg gliding, fluid movement on ascents, 1:1 technique

• Skating - Black learning level: Confident and sporty-variable cross-country skiing in any terrain, free availability and optimal change of techniques. Economical cross-country skiing and mastering high speeds and movement frequencies.

• Classic - Green learning level: Nordic cruising. Safe skiing on easy trails without sporting ambitions. Stopping and braking on easy descents.

• Classic - Blue learning level: Transition from Nordic cruising to a more dynamic and sporty style using simple skiing techniques.

• Classic - Red learning level: mastering trails in a sporty and versatile way. Tackle longer and more challenging routes, run smoothly on ascents.

• Classic - Black learning level: Confident and sporty - variable cross-country skiing in any terrain.

• We meet at the booked time.

Getting there

• Up to 15 kilometers around Kempten free of charge. From 15 kilometers plus € 0.50 per kilometer.

Equipment

• You need to bring your own equipment.
