Dive AreaOur location is really convenient, just a short 5-minute drive from one of Malta's top diving spots, the
marine reserve of Cirkewwa, where you can explore
two impressive wrecks. Nearby, the small island of Comino has many famous dive sites, and you can easily reach the island of Gozo with just a 15-minute boat ride. Plus, we often organize trips to the famous wreck of the Um El Faroud, a massive Lebanese tanker stretching 110 meters long and resting at a depth of 38 meters. Get ready for some unforgettable underwater adventures! It is an ideal place for all certified divers, no matter whether they have just gotten their Open Water Diver certification or whether they are a dive master with years of experience.
ProgrammeWe gather at our dive center, located in the
LABRANDA Riviera Hotel & Spa's basement at the booked time. Look for the prominent signs on the left side of the hotel's main entrance. Upon arrival, each diver must fill out a medical self-disclosure form during check-in and present their certification. Gear will be provided upon arrival if you've selected the inclusive option. After a detailed briefing on equipment usage and activity overview, you'll be grouped into
'buddy' teams based on experience. We'll then head to our diving spot, either by truck or boat. Once there, you'll descend into the water with your instructor guiding you, ready for an unforgettable underwater adventure.
During the diving trip, expect a total diving time of
60 minutes or 50 bar per dive. The group size per guide is limited to a
maximum of 6 participants, or 4 when less experienced. You can book
1, 2, or 6 dives (only 2 dives per day), and our dive spots are selected based on weather conditions and the participants' experience level. However, we're always open to accommodating your wishes. Normally, there are around 60 minutes between dives.
