If you're ready to start your journey towards becoming a certified scuba diver, this one-day discover scuba diving course in Latchi is just for you. Our highly certified instructors will guide you through your first steps, teaching you all the important basics of this exhilarating discipline.
While it's not a certification course, this course offers a quick and easy introduction to the wonders of the underwater world in the Akamas Natural Park region. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, and you must be at least 10 years old.Dive area
The immersion will take place in the famous Blue Lagoon, in the heart of the Akamas National Park. Programme
We meet at our dive center in Latchi harbour 10 minutes before the start of the course. You can find free parking space and paid car parks near our center.
You will need to have completed the PADI DSD e Learning Prior to arrival taking approx. 40 Mins, and if necessary see a Doctor prior to diving depending on the medical questions answered.
On arrival you will be set up with all the equipment necessary, then when everything is ready the boat will leave for one of the stunning bays in the Akamas National Park
Together in a group of maximum 4 people, your experienced instructor will provide a comprehensive briefing, detailing the skills you'll practice and essential diving safety procedures. You will dive up to 6 meters deep between about 30 and 60 minutes together with your instructor.
After the Dive the Instructor will help you log the dive and give suggestions on what to do next.
