PADI Open Water Diver Course for Beginners in Latchi

Embark on your journey to become a certified diver with our Open Water PADI course in Latchi. Tailored for beginners with no prior experience, starting from the age of 10, this two-day course provides a comprehensive introduction to diving, covering theory and practical skills from the ground up. Led by our expert PADI instructors, you'll explore the pristine diving spots along the coast of Akamas Natural Park. Over the course of 3 to 4 days, you'll dive to depths of up to 18 meters, perfecting your skills and confidence in the water.

Programme
- eLearning:
If you choose the e-learning option, we will send you the access details to the online study programme which you will complete before the start date of your course. On the first day of your course, just come down to the dive centre and show us the confirmation slip you received from the eLearning platform to show us that you have successfully completed the theoretical part of the PADI Open Water Diver course. Then, you can move straight on to the practical part of your scuba diving experience.
- On-site theory lecture:
The theory part is takes place during the first two days, following the 5 chapters of the PADI Open Water manual and video lessons. At the end of each chapter, you will face a quick 10-question multiple-choice knowledge test. Once you have completed all tests, you will undergo a 50-minute exam as a final step
- Kick-off:
We meet at the dive centre, check you in and have you fill out the necessary paperwork, including the PADI Medical Statement. When it gets to your first practical diving sessions in confined waters with your instructors and provide you with all the rental equipment you need. The exact schedule of your course is set individually, based on your progress with the theoretical part of the course and on how much time you have to spare during the following days. We will discuss this on your first day at the dive centre.
