Tour programme
- Preparation:
We meet at the check-in point in the parking slot of Albandeira Beach 30 minutes before the booked time. If you come by car, you can park for free at the car park in Albandeira beach. As soon as you arrive, we start with the preparation. We put a lot of emphasis on safety, so before we go out on the trekking and the water together, you will get a briefing on how to handle the kayak and the paddle, as well as safety on sea. We also distribute the water bottles. Our group size is up to 20 participants, with one instructor provided for every 10 participants. You can get to know the other participants easily and have personalized attention.

- Tour:
We will start our tour with a guided walk at a slow pace towards the famous trail of the Seven Hanging Valleys, led by our certified local guide. Along the way, we will admire this amazing place who is steeped in history and culture, with ancient rock formations and archaeological sites scattered throughout the area, offering insights into the region's past. Then, we will head to Marinha Beach, you'll have the chance to see the amazing natural arches and take a swim in the crystal-clear waters. After about an hour, our crew will provide you with a kayak for the next part of our adventure. Once you feel comfortable in your kayak and with paddling, we'll set off from Marinha towards the Benagil Caves, known for their historical significance as smuggling routes in the 1980s. This experience is perfect for adventure enthusiasts and nature lovers. After exploring the caves, we'll continue our journey to the Lagos Beaches and natural reefs. This popular destination offers breathtaking coastal landscapes, including golden sands, rugged cliffs, ideal for those who love the sea and sun. Finally, we'll make our way back to Albandeira, concluding our memorable tour.

- Return:
After about 3 hours, we reach our base again at the beach in Albandeira.
