Join us for a full-day RIB trip to Ponza and Palmarola with snorkeling. During the trip, you will have the opportunity to visit these two beautiful islands of the Pontine archipelago, located in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the coast of Lazio. The itinerary is flexible, and you can decide together with our skipper which coves to visit.
Starting from Foce Sisto, we recommend starting the itinerary by visiting Arco Naturale, an iconic rock formation on the island of Ponza. You can then reach the renowned Chiaia di Luna, a beautiful beach with white rock cliffs overlooking the turquoise sea, perfect for swimming and relaxing.
Then continue on to the island of Palmarola. Once there, you can visit La Forcina, a spectacular inlet with a fork-shaped rock formation projecting into the sea, ideal for snorkeling. We can then explore Cala del Porto, also known as O' Francese, an enchanting bay with a seabed rich in marine life.
We end the day admiring the Faraglione del Mezzogiorno, an imposing rock formation emerging from the sea. During the excursion, at lunchtime, we will have the opportunity to find a more sheltered spot where we can have a meal on board, or we can choose to go ashore and have lunch in one of the island's many restaurants. At the end of the adventure, we will return to the starting point.Highlights
