One of our skilled instructors will lead you through the process, providing a brief theoretical lesson on diving, preparing scuba gear, donning the suit, and much more!
You will perform a few simple exercises to build your confidence and ensure you feel comfortable during this exciting adventure, learning how to breathe underwater! Following this, you will dive directly from the beach, reaching depths of 4 to 6 meters, for approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour. This activity is conducted on the beach to help you learn to dive safely in the sea, potentially igniting a new passion.
Dive Area
Starting from Salou, we have access to a variety of stunning dive sites. Depending on weather conditions, we will always find a suitable location for the activity. For beginners, we select sites with minimal waves and gentle currents. Typically, we conduct these trials at Salou Beach or Cala Crancs, a beautiful beach near our base, ideal for first-time divers.Programme- Meeting & Preparation:
We will arrange the meeting point after the booking, and we meet 15 minutes before the booked time. Once you arrive, you can leave your personal belongings in the company car, if you want. Then, you will be greeted by your instructor, who will give you your equipment and a detailed briefing. After that, all you have to do is go to the beach with your group and have your first underwater experience and tons of fun.
- Diving:
When out in the sea, the lessons will take place either in Salou Beach or Cala Crancs. In 1-on-1 format or 2-on1, meaning you can either be alone with your instructor or with another participants. Together with your instructor, you'll be able to dive up to 6 meters. You will also be shown the hand signals used for communicating underwater, as well as the correct breathing techniques.
