Explore Syracuse with a boat tour of Ortigia and the sea caves. Guided by Captain Mirko, a third-generation fisherman and expert sailor, this tour promises an authentic and enriching experience. Departing from Syracuse Port, you will first navigate towards the Island of Ortigia, where you will coast along and take in the splendid views of Maniace Castle and Fonte Aretusa. As the boat passes behind the Umbertino Bridge, you will get a unique perspective of this historic structure, making for fantastic photo opportunities.

Next, the tour heads north towards the Marine Caves. Here, you will have the chance to visit three distinct caves, including a visit inside one that features stunning coral formations. The exploration of these caves offers a fascinating glimpse into the natural beauty of the region. Captain Mirko will decide on a perfect spot for a swimming stop, allowing you to enjoy the refreshing waters and scenic surroundings, depending on the sea conditions.

We have two comfortable motor boats available for sea excursions, which together can seat up to 40 passengers. This choice is ideal for families with children. The tour will allow you to explore the coastal landscape and historical monuments of Syracuse in a relaxed and pleasant environment.

We meet at the pier in the port of Siracusa, 20 minutes before departure. If you come by car, you will find paid and free car parks nearby.
