Tour programme
- Preparation:
Our journey begins when we gather at the Sant Jaume d'Enveja ferry port, where we meet 10 minutes before the meeting time, ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure. From there we'll take you to the starting point of our route, in the picturesque town of Balada, overlooking the island of Gracia and its famous Balada's Oleander monumental tree. Free parking is available for your convenience. At the start of the trip we'll provide you with everything you need, including life jackets, kayaks and paddles. A short briefing will ensure you're ready to navigate the calm waters ahead.
- Tour:
As our kayaks glide into the tranquil river, immerse yourself in the lush riverine forest scenery. Admire the towering white willows, majestic black poplars and graceful tamarinds that grace the banks, while storks, kingfishers and elegant grey herons soar gracefully in their natural habitat. This picturesque cruise takes you deep into the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park, recently declared a Biosphere Reserve.
- Return:
Our route ends back at the Sant Jaume d'Enveja jetty. On your return, reflect on the beauty and tranquillity of the Delta, knowing that you've experienced the wonders of this unique ecosystem first hand.
