He was there on time at the agreed time, personable, friendly, smiling ... just the right ski instructor for us. The chemistry was right from the start and Thomas immediately adjusted to our level, showed patience and encouraged us when things didn't go well. Time flew by and we were able to refresh a lot during these hours, learned something new and gained more confidence.
