You need to know how to swim to participate. The minimum age to paddle on your own board is 10 years. Children from 4 years old can ride on an adult's board, and it's free for those between 4 and 6.
All necessary equipment (SUP, paddle, life jacket) is included. You should bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and comfortable clothes.
The stand-up paddle lesson lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
The lesson covers basic safety rules, paddling and board control techniques, as well as balance and basic manoeuvres, all under the guidance of a certified instructor.
During the tour on the Guadalquivir River, you will glide past some of Seville's most famous landmarks, such as the Triana Bridge and the Torre del Oro.
Yes, the lesson is suitable for all levels. The instructor ensures that everyone, including beginners, feels comfortable before starting.
The meeting point is at the paddle surf school, 15 minutes before the start of the tour. You can reach it by public transport, and there are both free and paid car parks nearby.
