What to Expect

Discover the colours and riches of our coral reef with our trial dive from Saint-Leu. Accompanied by our certified and experienced instructors, you will learn or refine your finning technique and gain a deeper understanding of the marine life and flora. Our instructors will also raise awareness about preserving this rich environment. To ensure a safe and family-friendly experience, we keep our groups small, with only 4 to 8 participants. During the 20-minute dive, you will be able to explore the vibrant coral reef, encountering a variety of colourful fish and marine creatures. This is an ideal opportunity for beginners or those who have not dived in a while to rediscover the underwater world. We provide all necessary equipment and personalised guidance to make your experience unforgettable.

Dive Area

Explore the vibrant colors and rich biodiversity of our coral reef and experience a unique adventure within the natural marine reserve of La Réunion! Dive to a maximum depth of 6 meters, exploring stunning underwater landscapes teeming with life. The exact diving spot is chosen depending on the sea and weather conditions and experience of the participants.

Programme

Begin your adventure with a brief introduction and a coffee, followed by fitting your scuba diving equipment. You will then use your own car to drive to the port of Saint Leu, where a short carpooling arrangement among participants will be organised. Once at the port, we will board our boat and set off on a 10-minute journey to our dive site. You will dive one by one with our certified diving instructor, and stay underwater for around 20 minutes. Once finished, we will go back to the center.

• Car parks nearby: within a 5 minute walk (free)

Included Services

• Certified FFESSM diving instructor

• High-quality diving gear (all you need for your dive: wetsuit, mask, fins, octopus, weights)

• Boat transportation to dive sites

• Access to changing facilities and showers

• Drinks (coffee before the dive, warm tea on the boat, ...)

• On request: Accompanying passenger on the boat (only if the boat is not full already)

Requirements

• Minimum age: 8

• Swimming ability

• Physical health

• If you wear prescription glasses, you need to be comfortable wearing contact lenses

• Swimsuit

• Towel

• Sunscreen, sunglasses and hat

• Water

• Change of clothes

• GoPro (optional, you can bring your own)

Good to Know

• Not suitable for toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly

• You should not fly within the next 24 hours after the dive

• This activity is not suitable for people with asthma or epilepsy

• Under-age participants must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the boat
