Curious about what lies beneath the surface of the water? Discover the wonders of the underwater world with the IAC Open Water Diver course in Punat. Designed for those aged 10 and up, this course is a gateway to scuba diving, combining essential theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Start with e-Learning for the theoretical part, covering equipment, diving physics, dive planning, and first aid at your own pace from home. This flexible approach allows more time for hands-on practice during the course, ensuring a thorough learning experience.
The practical component begins with confined water training to master key skills such as equipment assembly, buoyancy control, and pressure equalization. Next, progress to the sea for at least four open water dives, exploring Punat's stunning dive sites. Marvel at vibrant marine life, colourful coral reefs, and hidden underwater caves, all while gaining the confidence and skills needed for safe diving. To join, proof of buoyancy, a valid diving medical certificate or health declaration, and meeting the age requirements are needed. Professional instructors will guide every step of the way, ensuring preparation for an unforgettable underwater adventure.

Practice Sessions:
On Day 1, the adventure begins at the dive center, where personalized equipment is prepared before heading straight to open water. Initial practice sessions take place in a designated shallow area to familiarize you with setting up and using your gear. On Days 2 and 3, two dives per day will be conducted in open water.
