This special hydrofoil course is designed for independent kitesurfers who can ride confidently in all directions, including upwind, and have advanced kiteboarding skills. Our experienced instructors will guide you in small groups with a maximum of 2 participants per instructor, ensuring you receive the best support for mastering this challenging discipline. Choose between a 1-hour introductory course or a more intensive 3-hour session.

Programme
- Preparation:
We meet at the Paros Kite Pro Center at Paros Kite Beach in Pounta, 10 minutes before the course starts. After a short safety briefing, you will receive your equipment, including a helmet, kite, and hydrofoil board.
- Activity:
The hydrofoil course lasts either 1 hour or 3 hours, depending on your booking, and is led by an instructor who will work with a maximum of two participants at a time. You will learn how to safely control the hydrofoil board and kite, maintain your balance, and glide across the water. The course focuses on advanced techniques to get you up and riding on the hydrofoil quickly and efficiently. In the 3-hour course, you’ll have more time to further develop your skills and practice advanced maneuvers.

Requirements
- Minimum age: 12 years
- Minimum weight: 32 kg
- IKO Independent Kiteboarder Level 3 or higher
- Confident riding in all directions, including upwind
- Advanced skills in water starts and kite relaunch
- Physical health
