What to Expect

Join us to an unforgettable snowboarding experience with our snowboarding lessons for all ages and all levels in Baqueira-Beret. Nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees, Baqueira-Beret offers an extensive network of 170 km of slopes that cater to every skill level. With a modern lift system and stunning alpine scenery, this resort is a perfect backdrop for snowboarding enthusiasts. Our lessons take place on some of the most renowned slopes, such as the Mirador and Blanhiblar areas, offering diverse terrain that enhances your learning experience.

Our beginner sessions focus on the fundamentals of snowboarding, including basic balance and turning techniques. You will learn how to master your equipment and gain confidence on gentle slopes. Understanding these essentials is crucial as they form the foundation for all snowboarding skills, helping you navigate the mountain with ease. As you progress, our instructors will guide you through more challenging exercises to improve your control and stability.

For those at an intermediate or advanced level, lessons will focus on refining your technique and tackling steeper slopes. Participants will practice parallel turns and learn to adapt to different snow conditions. These skills are vital for enhancing your agility and precision on the board, allowing you to enjoy more demanding runs. The small group size ensures personalized attention, making your learning experience both effective and enjoyable.

Meeting Time

We meet at Baqueira 1800, at the exit of the cable car, to the left at the wooden arch, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson. You will be able to recognize our ski instructors by their marine-blue jacket, with "Skicenter" written on the back.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

If you book your ski pass with Skicenter, we offer two easy options: Delivery to your accommodation: we’ll bring your passes the afternoon before, so they’re ready to use. Pick-up at our office: your passes will be prepared in advance, so you don’t need to queue or buy anything extra — they’re ready to go.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 3 participants of the same level and age group

• If the course does not reach the minimum quota, the lesson will be shortened

• Snowboard equipment not included in the lessons

• Please make sure you have a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson
