In the event that the tour is cancelled due to weather, you can re-book for another day free of charge, or get a refund. If the Northern Lights are not visible during the tour, you can re-book for another day free of charge, but no refund is offered.
If no whales are spotted during the tour, you are welcome to join another tour on a different day at no additional cost, subject to availability
Keep in mind that in between the two tours, you will have several hours of free time
