How to Get There

• Meeting place: at our office in Bouillante

• Meeting time: 30 minutes before the start of the activity

• Car parks nearby: at the meeting place (paid and free)

Programme

- Preparation:

We will welcome you to our office 30 minutes before the start time to provide all the necessary equipment and give a thorough briefing on the activity and safety procedures. Once everyone is ready, we will set off on our RIB boat, that can accommodate up to 10 people, towards Îlet Pigeon. Along the way, you will hear about the history and important environmental regulations that protect this marine sanctuary, preparing you for an immersive experience in its unique ecosystem.

- Snorkeling:

Upon arrival, we will dive into the clear waters to explore the thriving underwater life. As you snorkel, your guide will point out different species of fish and coral, helping you better understand the delicate balance that sustains this vibrant marine world. We’ll then head to an area where green sea turtles are often seen, offering you the chance to observe them in their natural habitat while learning about their role in the ecosystem and how to protect them. These are wild animals, which means that we can not guarantee their appearance.

- Return:

After this experience, we will return to the centre, where you can rinse off with a well-deserved warm shower and relax with a refreshing drink. A debriefing will follow to share experiences and insights from the day. Throughout the tour, a safety boat will be following closely, ready to assist anyone feeling tired or in need of a break, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
