How to Get There

• Meeting place: We meet 30 minutes before the departure time, either at the Arctic Lifestyle office or at one of the pick up points, depending on your choice. The pick up service begins 1 hour before the activity starts.

• Please note that this activity requires a minimum of 2 participants to take place. If this number is not reached, we will contact you to reschedule the activity or give you a refund

• Please note that Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon. If the tour is cancelled due to weather or if the Northern Lights are not visible during the tour: re-book or get a refund.

• Children usually travel in a sledge; if they want to travel as a passenger on a snowmobile and meet certain height requirement, adult price will be applied. For adults who want to travel in the sledge, kids price will be applied

• Please contact us through the chatroom in your CheckYeti account to provide your children's height, so we can determine if they are eligible to travel on the snowmobile

• Please note that all snowmobiles are shared, and you will take turns driving. It is not possible to have a snowmobile for individual use.
